Shipping & Returns
Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-4 business days of your order being placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.
Special orders lead-time is 10-12 Weeks. Bulk orders may eligible for FREE shipping. Call our office at 571-287-8001 for more information.
We accept returned product in its original packaging up to 15 days from the date of delivery. Replacement (Damaged items / short shipped orders) must be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt.

You will be required to provide:
• The reason for your return / replacement
• The item number
• The sales order number
Once your return / replacement is approved, you will receive a copy of RMA (Return Material Authorization).
Most of replacement items will be shipped within 1 business day along with a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged/incorrect items.
Please return the original or damaged/incorrect items along with the copy of RMA to our warehouse address within 14 days of your return / replacement claim date:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will post the credit on your account less any applicable charges.
Special orders or items that have been installed or modified in any way are not eligible for returns.
