A little bit of history
The financial crisis of 2009 played a significant role in the downturn of the construction industry. 2009 was also the year Magnolia Cabinetry established. “It was the worst time,” says Yan, the founder of Magnolia Cabinets. “All of the construction work was slowing down when we started the business.” Since those early days, the company has worked tirelessly to convince new clients that they provide cabinets with the good quality and competitive pricing. Yan still remembers when she earned the trust of her first client. From that moment on, Magnolia has thrived and continued to expand.
Rapid growth
Now we have grown to provide outstanding service to many of the major companies in the national multi-family rental industry including: Lerner Enterprises, LCOR, Inc., The Tower Companies, Resource Residential (Now U.S. Residential), Central Wholesalers, HD Supply and many others. In 2016, Magnolia expanded its business to Charlotte, NC. This new team has been working with the main office in Virginia to bid new construction in the southeastern U.S. region.
